Refund and Return policy is as following:
✨️ If you receive a package and you decide it's not for you, please contact JensJams Studio by filling out a contact form within SEVEN days of delivery date and a tracking number provided. On the contact form, please fill out all information required and a detailed description of why you want to return it.
✨️ If you receive an item that is damaged in any way (Due to shipping) please take clear and detailed photos of the damaged product and send them to my business email at Jensjams82@jensjamsstudio.net and also fill out a contact form with the same message.
✨️ All items HAVE to be returned in the same condition as received. All tags must still be attached and all items have to be in same condition. You must send them back having a tracking number provided within 7 days of delivery date.
✨️ Once I receive the items back and they are carefully inspected, I will issue the refund immediately to the payment method used to purchase.
✨️ Refunds can take 1-5 business days to process back to your form of payment.
✨️ Exchanges are not permitted at this time. It may be a possibility at a later date.

□ Please make sure you attach a copy of the receipt or provide your receipt number for verification purposes that was provided to you VIA email at the time of checkout. Any return request that does not provide this, will NOT be refunded. □
