Can I make a return or get refunded?
Of course. I'm a firm believer in customer satisfaction and service! If you are not satisfied with a package you receive, please fill out a contact form with your information and complaint. Do I have to make an account to complete a purchase?
+ Not at all. I totally understand that customers make one-time purchases and I'm grateful for the one! There are several perks to making an account however. It ensures that you receive updates on sales, promotions, features and the Studios newsletter with lots of great information. So, it's encouraged but not mandatory.
Am I able to cancel a order once purchased?
+ Absolutely. You have up until your package ships out to cancel it. Anytime after that, it will have to become a return process. *See refund and return policy*
How long does it take my order to be shipped?
+ Allow up to 24 hours for payment processing and approval to end. After that, your order will depend on the shipping option you choose. Any order that requires expedited or 1-2 day shipping, will be packaged and shipped out immediately. If you choose standard shipping, I will do my best to have it packaged, labeled and shipped within 48 hours. I handle all shipments myself. Please understand that if I do take 48 hours it's only because I am going in order with shipments and I'm doing my absolute best. Obviously, priority shipments do come before all else.
Can I choose my shipping method?
+ You can choose from the multiple options that are available for you. You can however, choose the shipping speed. Charges for rates may vary*
